The advantages of renting

Renting a house or apartment has a lot of advantages. Because of these advantages people choose for renting instead of buying.

What are some of these advantages:

-A tenant doesn’t have any unexpected costs
Someone who rents knows what his costs are. Tenants don’t have to worry about changes in the interest of their mortgage, devaluation of the house, unexpected costs for maintenance( leaking roof/double glass etc). that’s why a lot op people choose for this. It gives them a relaxed feeling that they don’t have to spend a lot of money on these costs. Costs that they maybe cant even pay at that moment.
-only the rent as fixed costs.
The only fixed costs for the house are the rent and sometimes the service costs. Plus the taxes that come with the houses.
-No Maintenance
The tenant also doesn’t have the costs for (unexpected) maintenance. The owner arranges and pays the large maintenance. Only small repairs(until an amount of +/- 100 Euros) is for the tenant. This is arranged by law.
