Only if we succeed in finding a tenant for you we charge you the following;

 4% of one agreed total years rent (exclusive of VAT) of the object if the lease is longer than 6 months
 2% of one agreed total years rent (exclusive of VAT) of the object the object is rented out shorter than six months. If the contract is extended you will receive a second and last invoice of 2% (excl VAT).
 3% of one agreed total years rent (exclusive of VAT) of the object if the contract is exactly six months. If the contract is extended you will receive a second and last invoice of 1% of a years rent (exclusive of VAT).

These costs will be deducted from the first payment of rent and deposit at the beginning of the rental period.
